Who we are
This website, gmarrero.com, is the author website of George Marrero and his book Willing to Change. You can reach us at george@gmarrero.com.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send through the contact form:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The subject and content of your message
To protect the form from abuse, the website also processes your IP address temporarily. It is stored only as an irreversible, anonymized code to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time, and it is not used to identify you.
How we use your information
Your message is delivered by email to George Marrero so that he, or someone acting on his behalf, can read and reply to it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website uses a single essential session cookie that keeps the contact form secure. It does not contain personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The website also stores a small note in your browser for the current visit so the opening animation is shown only once.
Links to other websites
This website links to Amazon, Facebook and Instagram. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those websites apply.
How long we keep your information
Messages are kept in the receiving email account for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete your messages, by writing to george@gmarrero.com.
